Mr. Bob Johnson manages all federal, state, and local government account development, as well as GIS data development and capture projects. Mr. Johnson has extensive experience in the land title abstracting, surveying, and minerals exploration development fields. As an outgrowth of his experience in the land title business, he has been involved in Land Information Systems, records modernization projects, cadastral data development, and manual and digital cartography for over 30 years. Before founding PremierGeo, he was the Manager of the Mapping and Land Information business unit of Petroleum Information Corporation (PI). He is a leading expert in GIS/LIS design, implementation, management, workflow establishment, and system operations.
Mr. Peter Briere brings a very strong imagery, photogrammetry, remote sensing and GIS background to the Company. His responsibilities include all operational aspects of PremierGeo, including production and new product development, as well as assisting in new business development. He spent 8 years with Northrop Grumman/3001, most recently as the Civil Works Department Manager. His work prior to Northrop includes USGS support in Woods Hole, MA and groundwater exploration/development in New England and the Caribbean. Mr. Briere has a BS in Geology from the University of South Florida and a MS in Geography from Texas A&M. He is an ASPRS Certified Photgrammetrist and Mapping Scientist-Remote Sensing, has a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and is a Commonwealth of Virginia Licensed Land Surveyor Photogrammetrist.
Mr. Mark Chase oversees sales and marketing efforts for PremierGeo. He has over 25 years experience in the information services business, providing data products, GIS services, software, imagery and solutions to the oil and gas and natural resources industry in addition to federal, state and local governments. His education includes a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Geology.
Mr. Brad Taggart manages the GIS software development and support team at PremierGeo. He works primarily to design and develop GIS applications for federal, state, and local government clients. He has over 25 years managing GIS products and services and over 20 years experience in GIS software development. His education includes an MS in Geography.
Mr. Glen Thurow has over 20 years experience with development of the Geographic Coordinate Data Base (GCDB) and over 25 years surveying experience. As Vice President for Land Links, Mr. Thurow is responsible for overall direction and development of GCDB data products for PremierGeo. He oversees contract compliance, monitors quality and cost-effectiveness, and coordinates new research and development. Mr. Thurow received his BA and MBA degrees from the University of New Mexico and is a New Mexico Licensed Professional Surveyor.
Ms. Dawn Patterson oversees and assists with accounting procedures, financial report compilation, and maintains all financial books and records. Ms. Patterson's duties also include budget planning and preparation, financial statement reviews, billing, payroll and credit administration, and month-end account reconciliation. She previously acted as Accounting Manager for a division of Universal Forest Products, Inc. and for Richard Weingardt Consultants. Her education includes a BS in Business Administration, and she is currently pursuing an MS in Accounting at Regis University.
Ms. Lori Kubik has nearly 30 years experience in Human Resources administration and has acted as Director of Human Resources at PremierGeo since 2004. Ms. Kubik oversees all Human Resource Department operations, including payroll, personnel records, performance appraisals, recruiting, benefit administration, worker's compensation, and unemployment compensation. She develops and implements policies and procedures to comply with all federal, state, and company guidelines and regulations.
Mr. Larry Haustein has 20 years experience in information technology and is responsible for all aspects of IT administration, including budgeting, designing, building and troubleshooting all workstations and servers from hardware up. He performs research and implements all new computer, network and hardware technologies to optimize performance for both production and administrative personnel. He manages a Fibre/Gigabit/10 Gigabit network with over 750 TB of data and an advanced architecture of Microsoft/Linux cross-platform systems. His education includes a BS in Computer Science from Metropolitan State in Denver, an Associate Degree in Business, MCSE Certification in Networking Essentials & Windows Architecture, and A + Certification in Computer Systems Hardware.
