Denver, Colorado - February , 2004 - Petro Data Source, Inc., a leading provider of production data for over 4.5 million wells in North America, announced today that it has teamed with Pixxures, Inc., the leading provider of imagery web services for mapping professionals, to offer visitors to www.petrodatasource.com the opportunity to design and order color posters and prints of oil and gas fields and other areas of interest.

"We have seen rapid growth in the number of customers coming to us for well data, and a growing number of these customers have expressed interest in purchasing posters of their oil and gas fields so they can see where their wells are," said Karen Suhaka, president of Petro Data Source. "This collaboration with Pixxures enables us to provide high-quality imagery in a format that our customers can see online and customize for their own purposes. Initial interest in this product has been very high."

With the new service, visitors to www.petrodatasource.com can choose their wells of interest using various query tools and preview the Pixxures imagery online. Once the customer has defined the image that will be in their print, they are given the option to enter a caption of their own that will be printed directly on the border of the poster. After the order is generated, the order is printed, packaged and sent to the customer, usually within 48 hours of receiving the order. Standard prints are full color, 20x20-inch photos printed inside a 2-inch border, giving the entire print a 24x24-inch format. Posters are $135, including shipping.

"Nothing provides a better sense of where your wells are than a photo of the field," said Brian Webster, president of Pixxures. "Seeing those locations in context gives you a completely different perspective on a field. It's also a great conversation piece."
